Well here it is, the official launch of hi-ika!!! I’m super excited to be writing this and know this is the beginning of an awesome journey; I look forward to welcoming you aboard! Stick with me and I will help to further enhance your fishing interest/passion/obsession.
The aim of the site is to bring quality fishing products and information to those dedicated to fishing; and to share my passion with those who are serious about making the most of the sport, utilising the best the industry has to offer. Although some of the products for sale may be at the higher end of the price range, I want to make quality products accessible and will therefore maintain a high priority in sourcing unique items at the best possible price.
I will be growing this site to include an increasing range of products and services through affiliates around the world. You can expect to see the odd tutorial/review, product videos, along with discussions and news on a wide range of fishing related topics.

The site also includes really informative interactive Rod Graphs to compare deflection in the more popular casting rods and an Auction page, which will be updated regularly offering some of the more unique items for sale, including some from my own collection.
